The standard turnaround time is up to 21 business days, depending on the complexity of your project and current design queue. Claydsgns will communicate timelines clearly and keep you updated throughout the process. Please note that turnaround times exclude weekends and holidays. Revisions, if needed, may extend the final delivery date, so placing orders well in advance is recommended to meet your desired timeline. Please note that Claydsgns does not offer printing services. Once the final design is completed and approved, the client will receive the appropriate file types via email. To ensure proper alignment and avoid any need for adjustments later, clients are required to arrange printing through a third-party vendor. To assist with this, a list of recommended print vendors will be provided to all clients.

What is a revision? A revision comprises of a change to an initially presented, or in progress, design. It is a small adjustment that falls within the overall design concept without significantly altering the core design elements. (examples: color changes, font adjustments, image replacements, layout adjustments) Clients are allowed up to 4 complimentary revisions once design drafts are sent. Each additional revision request will incur a fee based on the depth of change. An entirely new design is not considered a revision. A new design or concept change will require you to place a new order for the service. If clients fail to pay the revision or redesign fee, they may choose to accept the presented design, or the order will be cancelled with no refund.

You will receive high-quality, print-ready files in PDF, PNG, and JPG formats. These files are suitable for most professional printing companies.

Yes. Editable PSD files are available as an add-on for an additional fee. This allows you to update text or questions on your own. PSD files are not included in standard packages and must be purchased separately.

I recommend you gather your details and place them on one document to keep everything organized.

At this time, I do not offer writing or editing services for card questions. All questions must be provided by you before design begins. If you need help preparing your list, I recommend brainstorming with your players or using my DIY templates as inspiration. I do offer feedback on your submitted content, based on my experience creating and playing card games.

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase. A refund will be issued back to you within 3-5 business days.
