  • Are revisions allowed?
    What is a revision? A revision comprises of a change to an initially presented, or in progress, design. It is a small adjustment that falls within the overall design concept without significantly altering the core design elements. (examples: color changes, font adjustments, image replacements, layout adjustments) Clients are allowed 3 complimentary revisions once design drafts are sent. Each additional revision request will incur a fee based on the depth of change. An entirely new design is not considered a revision. A new design or concept change will require you to place a new order for the service. If clients fail to pay the revision or redesign fee, they may choose to accept the presented design, or the order will be cancelled with no refund.
  • How do you accept payments?
    Payments are securely processed through www.claydsgns.com using debit or credit cards. Invoices will be provided for each project.
  • Are there any refunds or cancellations?
    Due to the nature of digital products, Claydsgns does not provide refunds for any services unless agreed upon. Once your payment has been made, the sale is FINAL. Please be sure to ask any questions and review your order before finalizing it. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase. A refund will be issued back to you within 3-5 business days. Please note that cancellations after 24 hours will result in termination of your project and you will not be reimbursed for any payments made.   • What is the project turnaround time?
    Each design is tailored to meet the unique needs of your project. The standard turnaround time for card game designs is up to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the request and current project queue. Please note that turnaround times exclude weekends and holidays. Revisions, if needed, may extend the final delivery date, so placing orders well in advance is recommended to meet your desired timeline.   • Do you print card games?
    Please note that Claydsgns does not offer printing services. Once the final design is completed and approved, the client will receive the appropriate file types via email. To ensure proper alignment and avoid any need for adjustments later, clients are required to arrange printing through a third-party vendor. To assist with this, a list of recommended print vendors will be provided to all clients.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
