Use of digital productsAll digital products are original designs and should not be duplicated, shared, resold, or repurposed for any reason.

Are revisions allowed?What is a revision? A revision comprises of a change to an initially presented, or in progress, design. It is a change of less than ¼ of the original design. Clients are allowed 3 complimentary revisions once design drafts are sent. Each additional revision request will incur a fee based on the depth of change. An entirely new design is not considered a revision. A new design or concept change will require you to place a new order for the service. If clients fail to pay the revision or redesign fee, they may choose to accept the presented design, or the order will be cancelled with no refund.

How do you accept payments?Payments can be made using debit/credit card or Paypal only.

Are there any refunds or cancellations?Due to the nature of digital products, Claydsgns does not provide refunds for any services unless agreed upon. Once your payment has been made, the sale is FINAL. Please be sure to ask any questions and review your order before finalizing it. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase. A refund will be issued back to you within 3-5 business days. Please note that cancellations after 24 hours will result in termination of your project and you will not be reimbursed for any payments made. If you have any issues or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I will do what I can to ensure your satisfaction.

What is the project turnaround time?Every design is created uniquely for your brand’s needs. The turnaround time for all services range from 1-15 business days, depending on the depth of the project request and order of queue. Turnaround times do not include weekends or holidays. Revisions (if necessary) may prolong the finalized design. Please be sure to place your order in advance to ensure that you will receive it by the date you need it. If you need a rush service, please contact me via hello@claydsgns.com so we can discuss a rush fee and turnaround time for your project.

Final designOnce the final design is completed and approved by the client, client will receive the appropriate file types via email. This includes (SVG, JPG, PNG, and PDF based on the services rendered). Draft designs are property of Claydsgns and are not to be shared via any platform by the client. Claydsgns serves the right to post and display all designs on our social media and other marketing platforms.
